 BATAGOR ACI (Easy to make) 



Material: 

125 gr Flour

 250 gr Tapioca

 25 gr Rice Flour

 3 cloves of garlic, puree 

1 spring onion, finely chopped (to taste) 1 tsp Baking Powder 

1 tsp Salt 

1 tsp Broth powder 

1/2 tsp Pepper Powder 

1 egg

 200 ml Plain Water Tofu white, cut into triangles. (I threw away a little bit) Enough dumpling skin . 

Method: 

1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients except water, mix well with a spatula 

2. Add water little by little, stir until smooth. The dough is not runny but not too hard either 

3. Take one sheet of dumpling skin, fill with 1 spoon of dough, pinch the middle, shape according to taste. Take one tofu, fill in 1 spoon of dough and press to stick. Do it until the dough runs out 

4. Fry the dumplings and tofu in hot oil until cooked. The fire is just medium so that the color is even and doesn't burn easily 

5. Serve with peanut sauce and sliced ​​cucumber and lime juice .

 200 gr Peanuts, fried and mashed 

3 cloves of Garlic 

3 large red chilies, puree

 5 pieces of Cayenne Pepper, puree (according to taste, the level of spiciness) 250 ml Water 

100 ml Coconut milk (medium thickness) 1/2 tsp Salt 

1/2 tsp sugar (my addition) 

1/4 Round Brown Sugar (I used 1 ball) Sweet soy sauce to taste . 

Method: 

1. Saute finely chopped garlic, add finely chopped chilies and sauté until fragrant 2. Enter the ground nuts, add water and coconut milk, mix well 

3. Add salt, sugar, and a little soy sauce. Cook until bubbling. Taste correction.
