Liquid ingredients, cook until boiling, set aside:
700 ml coconut milk
300 gr sugar
1 sheet of pandan leaves
6 sheets of lime leaves, remove the bones
1/2 tsp salt
Other materials;
155 gr sago flour
80 gr wheat flour
Food coloring according to taste
Mix the liquid ingredients little by little into the flour, except for the dye, mix well and then sieve so that there are no lumps of dough.
Divide the dough according to the desired color, here I use yellow, green, brown, white.
Heat the steamer, grease the pan with a little oil, pour 1 tablespoon of the basic mixture, steam for 5 minutes, then pour another 1 tablespoon of the other color batter, and steam for another 5 minutes, doing this until the batter runs out.
After the last color dough steamed 15-20 minutes, done.
NOTES:
- After steaming, let the cake cool down and cut it
