 BURNED SHRIMP 



Material : Shrimp to taste (mak kl for shrimp 500 gr, for fish mak 1 kg) Salt seckpnya 1 pc lime juice 1 pcs tamarind sundai, if there is no substitute for tamarind / lime 7-9 tbsp sweet soy sauce (I use bango soy sauce 9 tbsp) . . Fine spices: *blender all the spices 3 cloves of white bwg 8 cloves of red bwg 6 pcs cayenne pepper (can replace curly red chili) / skip if you don't like spicy. 8 pcs curly red chili (according to taste) 1/2 piece of ginger 1/2 tsp salt / seckpnya 1 cm of burnt turmeric 3 hazelnuts roasted 1 tsp sugar A little pepper powder (you can skip it) 1/2 tsp stock powder 100 ml of cooking oil to mix in a blender with fine spices . . The method : 1. Clean the prawns, then coat with salt and lime, let stand for 15 minutes then wash again, drain. 2. Mix the spices that have been mashed with sweet soy sauce & sour sundai / tamarind water, mix well, taste correction, preferably sweet soy sauce should taste yes.. 3. After that, coat the shrimp with the mixture of fine spices all over the surface of the shrimp until smooth. 4. Let stand for 15-30 minutes so that the spices seep / you can burn it. If the prawns / fish are large, it is better to let them sit in order to absorb. 5. Lastly, grill the prawns until cooked. Don't rub it once, preferably 2-3 times until it's cooked. . .
