 Egg Roll Recipe



 the ingredients:

 - 3 eggs. 

- 100 ml of water. 

- 1/2 tablespoon of starch / tapioca.

 - 1/4 tsp salt. 

- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder. Sauce recipe:

 - 150 ml of water.

 - 3 tablespoons chili sauce. 

- 1 tbsp tomato sauce.

 - 1/4 tsp salt. 

- 1/2 tsp sugar. 

- 1/2 tbsp tapioca, dissolved in a little water. 

How to make: 

1) for egg mixture: beat eggs, water, flour, salt and powdered stock until well blended.

 2) for the sauce: mix water, chili sauce, tonic sauce, salt and sugar. Cook until boiling then pour the tapoka solution and mix well. Drain in a bowl. 

3) prepare a frying pan, heat the oil. Pour the egg mixture about 50cm above the oil until evenly distributed over the surface of the oil, pour 1-2 tablespoons of vegetables according to taste. 

4) keep the oil temperature not too low and not too high.

 5) After the dough is poured, it is immediately rolled up using a skewer so that the eggs don't dry out & will be difficult to roll later. 

6) after the egg is rolled, then roll it and shape the egg on the edge of the pan so that the egg is perfectly rolled and the oil comes out. Serve.

 7) the function of tapioca so that later the eggs can easily stick when rolled & the function of water so that the dough forms a net and spreads over the entire surface of the oil when poured, making it easier for the rolling process.
