 STEMP CHICKEN



 Material : 

-250 gr boneless chicken

 -100 gr tapioca 

-1 egg 

-1 spring onion, finely sliced.

 *Spice: 

- 5 cloves of garlic, puree

 -3 tbsp fried red onion 

-1 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper powder

 -1/2 tsp broth powder.

 -1 egg beaten off 1 tbsp rice flour 

-1/2 tsp salt. 

* How to make: 

1. Puree/chop the chicken. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add ground spices. Stir well until it can be formed 

2. Shape the dough by sticking it on a skewer, if your hands are sticky, you can smear a little cooking oil/ tapioca flour. Shape the dough and round it until it sticks perfectly 

3. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, boil until cooked (15-20 minutes) 

4. Fry chicken sempol until slightly dry, remove from heat. Dip into batter, fry again until cooked and browned 5. Serve with chili sauce.
