 SWEET CHICKEN SATE



 *ingredient: 

-500 gr chicken breast, sliced ​​long 

*Ground spices: 

-8 pcs Shallots 

-5 cloves of garlic 

-1 as large as Laos

 -1 tbsp Coriander 

-3 candlenuts

 - Brown sugar to taste, finely sliced 

-2 tbsp honey

 - Sweet soy sauce, mushroom broth, salt, pepper, sugar (just enough if it feels salty, the sweetness is just right, but the taste tends to be sweet)

 *Oil seasoning: 

Margarine, sweet soy sauce (mix together) 

*How to make : 

1. Puree all the spices

 2. Mix the ground spices into the chicken pieces, let it soak for at least 15 minutes or you can leave it overnight in the fridge to let the spices soak in (so make it from the night before tomorrow, just stabbed and grilled). 

3. Wash the satay sticks first, pierce the chicken with a skewer, then burn while smearing a mixture of margarine and sweet soy sauce and turning the satay back and forth, until evenly cooked.
