 Sweet Bread Unti Coconut Pandan



Coconut Ingredients:
* 1 medium coconut tends to be young, peel the skin from the inside until it is white and then grate
* 300 gr sugar (you can adjust the sweetness again if it's not sweet enough or too sweet)
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tbsp pandan paste
* 200 ml of water (can be replaced with water)

How to make :
* Combine all ingredients, cook on low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved and the coconut is slightly dry.

Bread Ingredients:
* 200 grams of high protein flour
* 50 gr medium protein flour (you can use all high protein flour)
* 30 grams of sugar
* 5 grams of yeast
* 20 gr full cream milk powder
* 1 medium egg
* 80 ml of ice water (can be reduced or increased depending on the humidity of the dough)
* 40 gr butter (can be replaced with margarine)
* 1/4 tsp salt

How to make :
* Mix all bread ingredients except butter and salt. Knead until smooth.
* Add butter and salt and knead until smooth.
* Round and rest for 15 minutes.
* deflate and divide the dough @ 50 gr. Rounding until all finished.
* take 1 part flattened and give filling unti coconut or chocolate. Round it back and slightly flatten it. Cut the edges to form a flower. Do it until it's done.
* Cover with plastic and allow it to expand until it has doubled from the initial size.
* preheat the oven. When it has risen, brush the surface with liquid milk.
* Oven at 180 degrees until the surface is browned. I'm using a tangkring oven with the fire being placed on the top shelf. Baking time depends on each oven.
* Remove and grease the surface with butter.
