Material :
-280 g of flour pro medium / low pro
-4 tbsp vegetable oil
-90- 100 ml of water (adjust)
-1/2 tsp pepper, sugar, salt
-1 tsp stock powder
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients well. Add oil, mix well. Add water, knead until the dough is smooth and doesn't stick to your hands and in the bowl. Just adjust the amount of water until the dough feels soft and good for rolling. After the dough is smooth, round it and cover it with a clean cloth, rest 20 minutes (I 30 minutes) so that the dough is more elastic and doesn't stretch. Divide the dough into several parts ( I divided and weighed @ 20g) . Take a ball of dough, roll out a thin rectangular shape. Make slices with a distance of about 1/2 cm but don't let the edges break (see slide picture / video) sprinkle lightly with flour. Then reverse the position, the top surface becomes below and vice versa. fold and close the edges then unite the sides. Take one end and then insert it into the middle of the collection of pull slices and trim. Watch the video for more clarity. Fry in hot oil. Put on a small fire.
